Rehook is a video creation platform that allows users to combine hook videos with demo videos, add text overlays, and publish content directly to TikTok. The Service includes video storage, processing, and integration with third-party platforms.

5. TikTok Integration

When you connect your TikTok account to the Service:

  • You authorize us to publish content to TikTok on your behalf
  • You remain solely responsible for all content published to your TikTok account
  • You agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • You can revoke access at any time through your account settings

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REHOOK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rehook and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
